YOU can NEVER USE someone else's stem cells for ANY treatment before you test for TISSUE COMPATIBILITY! If not compatible, REJECTION will happen and the recipient may even die, the stem cells of the organ will be rejected. If the mismatch is small then immunosuppressive medication may control rejection but it may still happen! And this is true for bone marrow diseases. FOR ANY OTHER treatments like directly into the organ affected ONLY YOUR OWN stem cells are good! DO not believe anything else!
